From concept to completion, our facility is equipped with industry-leading technology — including sublimation printers, professional embroidery machines, high-performance sewing equipment, screen printing systems and direct-to-film (DTF) printing. This year alone, our Mawson Lakes facility will produce and embellish over 350,000 products, spanning custom cut-and-sew garments, sublimated sportswear, and decorated apparel including hoodies, t-shirts, caps and more. The result: exceptional quality, agility and consistency at scale.
SUSTAINABILITY AT OUR CORE
We believe great apparel shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense. Our solar-powered facility reduces dependence on fossil fuels, while energy-efficient production processes minimise waste and optimise resource use at every turn. Through our ISO14001-certified environmental management system, we continually raise the bar on water conservation, biodiversity protection and waste reduction.
We also partner with Veolia to ensure zero landfill waste from our operations. Non-recyclable commercial and industrial materials are converted into Process Engineered Fuel (PEF) — a high-yield, low-carbon fuel substitute that displaces traditional fossil fuels in energy-intensive industries. It’s waste elimination with purpose.
