Super Retail Group is the proud owner of four iconic brands: Supercheap Auto, Rebel, BCF and Macpac, and is one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest retailers. Belgravia Apparel (formerly Bizwear) worked with Super Retail Group to support and supply their uniform needs for BCF in 2019, which includes innovative additions such as a new custom polo and an anti-static drill jacket to keep BCF team members safe when filling gas cylinders.
A streamlined uniform supply model: the perfect fit
The Super Retail Group procurement team wanted to streamline uniform administration across their Support Office and inside each of their brands. Belgravia Apparel’s centralised ordering platform could meet this need as it allows rationalisation of the various items in each of the ranges and offers an efficient, streamlined model of uniform distribution.
As we work through the transfer and sell through current stock, our journey continues. New sustainable fabrics and design concepts will be available to Super Retail Group.
A strong collaborative relationship
Belgravia Apparel’s National Account Manager, Carlie Nagel, has formed a strong, collaborative relationship with Super Retail Group, with both Carlie and Super Retail Group’s National Support Centre based in Brisbane.
To ensure we’re providing support where it’s needed, Carlie is always available to respond to questions, drop off samples, attend meetings, and provide reports.
